Missing sprayer
Unfortunately we didn't get the chance thi install this right away. When we finally unboxed it, it was missing the sprayer. And now I don't want to have to buy another one just to get a completed set. Very disappointed

Beautiful & Functional Product
When our old kitchen faucet died, we bought this one to replace it. We needed a faucet that was taller so that we could attach a Purr Filter & still be able to place water jugs under it to fill. This one fit the bill. With the added height, it feels like are sinks are deeper. The finish is elegant. We highly recommend this product.

I have no handyman skills and yet I was able to easily install it.
The first delivery was damaged. The plastic stem broken. The side sprayer hose is difficult to work with. Too rigid and cannot make full use of it's length as most of it refuses to bend over to reach far ends of sink. I'm thinking of replacing it with a more flexible metal hose.However, the faucet is working out great. It's exactly what I wanted and got. It looks great and fits in well with the rest of stainless parts of our kitchen. Although first delivery was damaged, I really appreciated how easy it was to switch it out with a new one.
