Limited Lifetime Warranty

Pacific Bay products have been manufactured under the highest standards of quality and workmanship. Pacific Bay warrants to the original purchaser for as long as the original purchaser owns their home that this faucet will be leak- and drip-free during normal use and that all parts and finishes of this faucet will be free from defects in material and manufacturing workmanship. If the faucet is used commercially Pacific Bay warrants the faucet to be free from defects in material and workmanship for (5) years from the date the faucet was purchased. Plated metal and plated plastic finishes are warranted for (1) year.

If the faucet should develop a leak or drip during the warranty period, Pacific Bay will, free of charge, provide the parts necessary to put the faucet back into good working condition by you. They may also replace any part or finish that proves defective in material and manufacturing workmanship, under normal installation, use and service free of charge. Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) from the original purchaser must accompany all warranty claims. Defects or damages caused by the use of other products or parts is not covered by this warranty. If repair or replacement is not practical, Pacific Bay may elect to refund the purchase price in exchange for the return of the product.

This warranty covers replacement of all defective parts and finishes. However, damage due to product abuse, product misuse, installation error, or the use of cleaners containing alcohol, abrasives, or other solvents, whether performed by a contractor, service company, or yourself will void this warranty. Pacific Bay will not be responsible for labor charges and/or damages incurred in installation, repair or replacement, nor any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, losses, injury costs of any nature relating to this faucet. Except as provided by law, this warranty is in lieu of and excludes all other warranties, conditions and guarantees, whether expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise, including without restriction those of merchantability or of fitness for use.

Clocks

1-Year Limited Warranty

We encourage you to protect your investment by keeping proof of purchase documents in a safe place to support the 1-Year Limited Warranty you receive with your new Pacific Bay clock.

1-Year Warranty: Pacific Bay warranties that this clock will be free from defects in material and workmanship that may compromise functionality for 1 year from the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser.

Who is Covered: This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is valid if used properly. Proper use is defined as using the clock as recommended by firmly hanging from a wall. Proper use also means that the product was not abused by the purchaser. This includes keeping the clock properly protected and free of moisture.

This warranty does not apply to a purchaser’s personal visual preferences, such as the color of the clock, size, weight, etc.

Wall Clock Manufacturing Defects include:

· Any physical flaw in the clock that causes the material to evidence degradation, split, or crack despite normal usage and proper handling.
· Any manufacturing defect in the hand assembly of the clock.

Wall Clock Manufacturing Defects DO NOT include:

  • Faults in the cosmetic appearance, such as slight variation of design or color.

  • Cosmetic changes that naturally occur over time, including natural blemishes on the clock’s rim.

  • Clocks that may have been soiled, dampened, burned, stained or otherwise abused.

  • Appearance of mold on and/or infestation with insects due to improper and unsanitary care.

    Voiding of Warranty

    The following cases may void any and all warranties:

  • Leaving the wall clock in prolonged direct sunlight.

  • Using a hanging tool that doesn’t have the proper support.

    Warranty Performance

    In the case of a manufacturing defect in a component of the clock, we may elect to repair or replace the component rather than replace the entire clock, and we reserve the sole and complete discretion over that election. If we elect to replace the clock or component, we will replace it with the model, version, color, or style available at the time of replacement, which may be different in certain respects than the original. There may be a shipping fee associated with warranty repairs or replacement (this fee will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis by Pacific Bay).
