    Pretty but not durable

    Posted by Rachel on 22nd Jan 2019

    I bought this faucet about 10 months ago. It's very pretty and my plumber did not complain about the installation, so I assume it was easy enough. Unfortunately, after 8 months, the brushed nickel finish started peeling off the head of the faucet. An even bigger problem is that after 10 months, the vacuum inside the head broke and I have no water flow. I'm not sure if there's a warranty and for how long, but a faucet should definitely last more than 10 months. Per my plumber, the typical faucet these days lasts about 5 years. I've tried emailing and calling the seller and keep getting voicemail. Hopefully they will respond soon with a solution. To be continued...Customer service responded within 2 days and I received a new head in the mail (it was sent snail mail and took about 8 days to arrive). The faucet is working again and I hope to have no further issues.

    Survived 15.5 months before it it started leaking/dripping from the faucet

    I was very happy with this product for exactly 15 and a half months, until it started dripping slowly, the same way the one it had replaced did. Looks like it's time for another replacement! This is for a household of 3 people who cook fairly often.

    It makes my shallow kitchen sinks adaptable to my giant canning pots!

    I like the looks but do have an issue with one part of the sprayer. As a senior, I have some issues with my hands and the sprayer will sometimes slip out of my hand and then Neptune takes over due to the spring; I end up with water all over the place!I have now added some wide rubber bands {like the size on broccoli stems} to the spray head and it helps me keep a better grip on it. I also had the handle put in front instead of on the side and think that's more convenient for us.Now if this company would just make a similar sized unit for the bathroom how awesome would that be for quick hair washing?? Currently there are only small pull out sprayers for bathroom sinks, good enough for rinsing the sink but otherwise useless. The same for these crazy 'spa' bathtubs----basically useless since my hubby can't get up out of it and a colossal waste of water and space---there is no easy way to clean the stupid thing except to use a bucket to pour water on the back to wash it. {hint, hint, Pacific Bay, something to easily attach to these fancy faucets like a sprayer system}

    Falling apart after a few weeks

    Posted by Margarita S. Segura on 27th Nov 2018

    The button to switch the stream to spray is falling out. Rust-colored substance coming out of faucet. Faucet head does not stay in holder. Very disappointed with this purchase.
