A bit flimsy
Good looking faucet that installed easily, however the construction is pretty flimsy. The straight part of the neck wobbles slightly where it joins the base, and on mine some of the water jets on the sprayer angle off to the side.Emails to the company about getting a replacement spray head were unanswered!Amended review: After posting a 2 star review, I heard from Pacific bay and they shipped me a replacement spray-head that works normally, upgraded review to 3 stars.

You WON'T be disappointed!
This is a wonderful faucet.It's well made and very impressive looking.It adds to the wow effect.We bought two for our kitchen, one for a prep area sink and the other for main kitchen sink.You'll find that you can mount the faucet with the handle to the left, center or right.We prefered the center postion as it works well on a double sink that way.You WON'T be disappointed!

Works & looks great. Would have been 5 stars, but I had to go buy two carriage bolts and shave them on the grinder to mount the base plate.

Think sweaty dishwasher in a sleeveless T-shirt at a diner
Note that this is not a free return.Ordinarily I like industrial stuff and this seems well made but it is a tad low end for my tastes. Also this was TOO TALL. I did measure and knew it would be tight but I expected the arc to clear the short shelf over my sink. It was very close but didn't quite make it. So back from whence it came.
