Hose Broke after two years
Hose on the pull down began to leak after two years of use. Can't find a replacement pull down hose. Somewhat disappointed.

Frustrated
Excited to receive the faucet and could not wait to open the box. But became disappointed when the box was final opened, the faucet is absolutely gorgeous but ordered brushed satin nickel and received chrome and the deck plate was missing. Never mind, spoke with customer support and did the returned and had a replacement sent. The faucet arrived today, tools ready to install, opened the box and disappointment again chrome faucet and no deck plate. All I wanted was Brushed Satin Nickel Faucet (not to be able to see my reflection). Lets hope third time is a charm.

Pretty & functional for good value
We purchased this 2 years ago. Installed on our old sink, then transferred to the new one. It's held up very well. I love the ease of function, good pressure and clean looks of the faucet. The base it very sturdy, however the top has a slight wobble that doesn't really bother me but may bother others. I like that it swivels and easily reaches all areas of the sink. It cleans up easily and shines nicely.

I had a very expensive faucet picked out for our kitchen renovation however we really wanted to spend money on some other things so we decided to check online for something similar. This is EXACTLY what I wanted, amazing quality, and a quarter of the price of the name brand. Would buy again over and over!
