Beautiful faucet but check the hole sizes in your counter top
The specification sheet on the ad shows 1-3/8 inch size for the hot/cold valve control piece. When I received this faucet and went to install it in my granite counter top, I discovered that the valve control doesn't quite fit the 1-3/8 inch hole in the counter top. It is off by just enough where it's just not going to go in. The other pieces fit easily in the 1-3/8 inch holes. I really liked the look of this faucet, but sadly had to return it.

Do not recommend purchasing this faucet set.
I loved the finish and features of this kitchen faucet set when I opened the box. Beautiful. HOWEVER, there was no template included in the packaging. This was a replacement faucet for the one that had originally been installed in our granite countertops. The handle portion of the new set was larger by about 1/2” at its base compared to the other pieces in the set and therefore larger than the holes already drilled in the granite. My handyman had removed and discarded the original faucet and started to use a drill bit to enlarge the hole to make it fit. I about had a “fit”!! Had he done so, he could have caused a crack in the granite that would have cost thousands of dollars to replace. I'm not sure why there would be different sizes of parts in this one kit. Makes zero sense to me. The handyman had to make a fast trip to the local big box hardware store to find a new faucet set that would work. Potential crisis averted in all aspects. Obviously, I do not recommend this process. Suggestion: spend extra money to get a proper faucet set.

Great Customer Service!
I'm trying to go out of my way to write reviews, esp when a company offers great customer service like these guys did. Bought this faucet in Sep 2017 and it is far less expensive than comparable models esp with the brushed stainless look. Plumber installed it, worked great. Fast-forward 11 months and it started to make a loud whistling sound when on, and sputtered sometimes too. I emailed the company, asked what they thought I should do (I included a screen shot of my Amazon order confirmation). They wrote back immediately, asked me to unscrew the spray head and see if it still whistled when spray head was off (it didn't). So they send me a new spray head at zero cost to me and everything works great again. I assume there's some sort of mineral deposit in the old spray head causing it to whistle and sputter Bug who knows - the company handled it w/o asking anything of me but the address to send new sprayhead.

Buyer beware.
What did I like most about this product? I thought I was getting a deal. What I liked least about this product? It started leaking three days after installation. The pfister faucet that I replaced this faucet with had a set screw on the handle. When I had a problem with that faucet I replaced the cartridge without much problem. This faucet does not have a set screw.
