I would like to return it but then I would not have ...
I received this faucet on Wednesday, November 22. I installed it on Thursday morning, replacing a 11 year old faucet. The installationwas straight forward, taking a total of 1 hour. The faucet worked very well and I have been using normally 5 days. Today I tried to use it and thewater flow from it was barely a trickle. I tried switching the mode between spray and full flow and there was no change. I would like to returnit but then I would not have a faucet in my kitchen.

Good quality for a great price.
I have bought Moen and Delta brand name faucets with mixed success for more money than this faucet that were ok but needed repaired or totally replaced in 5-10 years. With that we decided to give this faucet a chance even though there were only 7 reviews. The good. I carefully measured my tight space to be sure it would fit and decided this was a great looking faucet and that it would fit. I even asked what the the length of the trhreaded insert that goes into the counter. I needed a full 2 inches due to granite. Customer service from the company responded immediate, a very good sign, I didn't have to wait days or even hours. Instant information. They answered several other questions as well. The finish is amazing. The nozzle movement is free and easy to swing all the way around. The handle is very tight in a good way. No sloppy wobble. Stays put once set. Getting the pressure to land in a mid point, not full blast, takes time to get used to but it works. The reason for needing a middle pressure in my case was this thing has amazing pressure compared to old faucet. The spray setting blasts off anything but it can be a bit messy at first until you learn to hold item lower in sink. The spay head stays pu,t but takes effort to place into locked position. But it does give confidence it will last. Tight fit. It does not have a magnet but I have witnessed homes where magnet broke and sprayer dangles unless replaced. $$. I prefer the simplicity of a tight fit.Installation was pretty easy. I would advise having someone hold it in place as it a bit tall, while the installer tightens things underneath. The hot cold and mixed connection hoses are top quality braided metal. The fitting did not actually have a brass color so hopefully they don't rust.Overall it looks amazing and works pretty well especially it cost 1/2 to 1/4 the cost of similar looking faucets. And it has a lifetime warranty with a responsive customer service. Win!The bad. Minor stuff. The spray head does click into spray or stream and stays on that setting. Some switch back to stream after water being turned off. Minor mental adjustment. The spray head body is plastic so I am sure the finish will age differently than the metal portion of the neck and handle. The sprayer switch is also plastic and snaps tight very nicely. Concern is longevity. But lifetime warranty means switching it if it does fail out is super easy. The sprayer hose isn't actually the nice braided metal hose used on more expensive options. It's faux texture braided looking plastic. It is long enough and with some fiddling under the cabinet glides in and out nicely. It also does not have the ball hinge at the spray head allowing flexibility. I would suggest the company replace this plastic hose with a better quality and raise price 10$. Totally worth it. In fact I will likely replace this one with a good one once it starts failing. If it does. This small change will make a much better impression and actually save them money replacing cheap plastic one.One detail buyer should be aware of. The mixer on off handle needs to rotate back 45 degrees to get full cold. Straight up position is half hit half cold. 45 degrees forward is full hot. This means you need around 3+ inches behind the dead center of faucet to turn on cold. Some applications will be too tight. My solution was turning mixer handle at 45 degrees instead of parallel to back wall. It's not ideal but placing it at 90 degrees from back wall, although looks better, it means reaching somewhat under spray area. I'm right handed so we opted for the angle. See picture.Locating in the middle would look better I think.Overall pretty happy. I wish the sprayer was actually metal as well as the spray hose but it was under 130$ so I can't really complain since it works great.

We love the new faucet in our kitchen for many reasons ...
We love the new faucet in our kitchen for many reasons and give it 5 stars. This faucet was easy to install, only taking about 20 minutes to remove the old and install the new. One of my favorite features is that the water spout is tall enough to fit big pots and even messy children under without spraying the whole counter with water. The fact that the faucet turns so far to each side also makes things easier. I can move it to get large cookie sheets, and clean out both sinks easily. The hose that extends can turn 360 degrees, and snaps back up so it doesn't just hang down looking broken (as our last faucet did). What a huge improvement and upgrade to our kitchen. We highly recommend this faucet to anyone!

We love this item
We love this item! It was very easy to install and easy to use. I'm rating it a 4 out of 5 because the water pressure is very low when the item is on cold. It could be an issue on our end, but we didn't have that issue with our previous faucet.

Very very nice!
I ordered the Bellevue Kitchen Faucet with In-Line Pull-Down Sprayer, PB-K07. I received this product 2 days later and I was first impressed with the packaging. It arrived in a very sturdy box and the faucet itself was nestled securely in packaging that would keep it from becoming damaged during shipping. Once opened, it was easy to access the faucet and see the quality without having to cut away a bunch of plastic fasteners. That may seem picky but it makes a difference! The faucet is BEAUTIFUL. I ordered the chrome finish and it is flawless and looks very “high end.” The look and feel is something I would expect from a much more expensive piece. It has a nice, heavy weight to it, something else that shows the quality. The handle and the pull down sprayer both have a smooth action and feel very sturdy. We haven't installed this faucet yet, but after remodeling our personal kitchen, as well as installing faucets in several of our rentals, I know a good faucet when I see it. I give this faucet 5 stars!

Nice looking, sturdy faucet.
Installation of the faucet was straight forward and easy. The faucet looks just as pictured and described. The water flow is adjustable from light to quite heavy, which I love. The faucet feels very solid and sturdy like it could handle my kids yanking on it. I like the wide adjustment available from hot to cold & all in between. The knob to turn the water on is more solid than other similar styles. The magnet to retract the hose into the base, is strong enough to actually help pull it back into place. The finish looks great and does not show water spots. I'm highly satisfied with the product!
