Works well. Stylish. Some trouble-shooting necessary.
We've had this installed for maybe a year now, and it is doing well. Love the satin finish - easy to keep clean-looking. Handle is easy to operate. The pull-out sprayer took some getting used to and is kind of at an odd/clumsy angle (less than 90 degrees) compared to your traditional sink-mounted sprayer, but I've adjusted.To switch from spray to stream, you have to push the black buttons on top of the spray head. Once in a while it gets stuck in an in between position which makes water pressure gets wimpy. Just press again to either stream or spray and it comes back.

Great Quality
Your faucet replaced a Franke faucet that we paid over $700 for. It lasted five years and the warranty had expired. We needed a short (6 in.) faucet due to an overhang counter above our kitchen sink. When our plumber installed your product, he was impressed with the quality.

Pretty but finish peels off! And now the gasket...
6/18/28 Update: I REALLY WANT TO BUY USA MADE! A couple of extra comments to share. The seller sent me a replacement faucet for the first item (reviewed below). YAY, that's great service! However, I had not installed the replacement yet Bev I wanted to see what else happens. Glad (and sad) that I waited. Now, the base rubber gasket is dissolving(?). I always wipe my faucet and sink down every night. I use white sponges (called Twist, they're awesome and you can buy them on Amazon). In the video I'm attaching you can see how the gasket soiled my sponge, so I got my phone, turned the sponge to a clean white section and wiped around the base again. More black rubber coming off. The peeling (older part of the review) continues. So I won't install the replacement but will search for a better product so when it's installed I'm done with it (st least for a few years)! I wanted to love you faucet... you are so pretty. Two problems with this took it from a 5 star rating down to 2 stars. I ordered the brushed finish. It's pretty and I love the design BUT after 6 months the brush finish on the pullout sprayer peeled off! Now it's plain chrome and the sprayer no longer matches the rest of the faucet. Second issue is that the bottom of the faucet that meets the plate, leaks slightly and causes that finish to peel as well. Time to buy a different faucet. Disappointed with this purchase, money down the drain... In the pictures, the finish started to peel just a little, then the entire sprayer finish peel off. The bottom plate has not gotten any worse but this is plenty.

BE AWARE...VERY LOW WATER VOLUME.
Terrible kitchen faucet. Less water flow than my filtered refrigerator water. NOT ADVERTISED AS A LOW FLOW FAUCET...BE AWARE. It took several minutes to get hot water. VERY DISPLEASED!
