So far, lasted about 20 years.
Update 3/22/19: I finally did an installation and test. This smaller shower head does not provide the heavy spray my original one does. In the attached picture you can see the smaller hole from the supply line to the head; very small. There is a rubber washer with 3 small holes that fits inside this area, also reducing water flow. I replaced this 3-hole washer with a regular one and it helped improve the flow. I'm also going to drill out the small hole in the brass to improve it more. The wife says it can go in the guest bathroom but she wants to keep the one that's been there for 20 years in the master bath.Update: This is smaller than my original shower head, but built the same way, heavy brass. I think the original one is maybe 2 1/4'. I'm putting this one in the other bathroom anyway, still happy with the purchase.I've had mine for about 20 years. Whenever it gets clogged up with lime deposits I soak it overnight in a glass of white vinegar. This is not 'low flow', it's unrestricted. If you have high water pressure it will sting when it hits. The wife loves it for rinsing her long hair. When we first moved here the water pressure was low and this made it easier for her. Now the water pressure is closer to what we had in Cincinnati and I have to adjust it to prevent the stinging. If you tighten the head too much it will be difficult to move it around. For us, we both keep ours at about the same height.

Poor water flow control
I found this shower head to have a very limited swivel range. Also, there was very little control over the flow. Although it does have a control lever, it made very little adjustment to the flow and it definitely didn’t stop the flow. I had to return it.
